During the onset of COVID-19, we doubled down on our data-driven approach to navigate the evolving situation and inform our recovery efforts. By leveraging Alteryx and ExoInsight, we are able to integrate financial information with various external sources, including airline data, search and mobility data and hotel booking data, to gain more insight into local market conditions and make decisions about hotel operations. With this data-driven approach guiding our plans to restart hotel operations, we can potentially reduce the risk of needing to re-suspend operations. As many hotels resume operations, we are now able to track progress using Casabase Software’s Exolnsight by accessing daily financial data and identifying trends.
