ExoInsight Hotfixes

PBCS Dimension/Metadata Extract Fix – 24.08.2021

This hotfix corrects the issue that resulted when Oracle pushed out an update to PBCS that broke the dimension/metadata extract process.

Instructions to apply hotfix:

  1. Stop ExoInsight.
  2. Navigate to the <installation directory>/casabase directory on the ExoInsight server.
  3. Rename the ExoInsight.jar file to ExoInsight.jar.orig. Is is important that .orig is last in the name.
  4. Download the appropriate ExoInsight.jar file from the download links below that matches your version of ExoInsight and copy it to the <installation directory>/casabase directory.
  5. Restart ExoInsight.
